I¡¯ve been into RCs recently but had to stick to a budget, so I started with the AUSOHI X08 in 1/10 scale and upgraded to this 1/8 scale. It¡¯s such a big step up¡ªfaster, better handling, and built to take more abuse. I posted a comparison pic of the X27 next to the X08, and you can definitely see the difference in the steering and frame. I¡¯ve tried the big brands like Traxxas, but honestly, AUSOHI is hard to beat. Downsides: the X27 only comes with one battery, and the controller is pretty much the same as other AUSOHI models. I would¡¯ve liked more options. But I have to give props to their customer service¡ªthey sent me a free replacement servo when I broke mine on the X08. Overall, I¡¯m happy with the X27 and will keep buying from them!

Got this truck for my grandson¡¯s 8th birthday. He loves racing it! It¡¯s fast (which makes it hard to control at first), can go almost anywhere, and does some cool tricks. It¡¯s proven to be really durable¡ªhe¡¯s crashed it at high speeds, and it keeps going. I¡¯d recommend getting an extra battery though, as the stock one doesn¡¯t last long, and the pins tend to fall out easily.
